​Gli ospiti hanno accesso all'intero appartamento con tutte le sue dotazioni ed al parcheggio privato dal quale si può accedere alla casa anche tramite un pittoresco passaggio pedonale che unisce il borgo all'antico pozzo comune.
L'appartamento, ampio e luminoso, può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è composto da: camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo, con vista sul borgo; soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e balcone con vista sulla campagna in direzione di Sangimignano; cucinotto attrezzato con vista sulla Villa padronale e bagno con cabina/doccia.
Il palazzo, come testimoniato da un'incisione sulla scala di accesso, risale al 18° secolo e da generazioni appartiene alla stessa famiglia.
Il nostro appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è dotato di impianto di riscaldamento indipendente e completamente attrezzato con biancheria da camera, bagno e cucina; forno microonde ed elettrico, lavatrice, frigo con congelatore, asciugacapelli, ventilatore e suppellettili da cucina e non solo.
Inoltre lo spessore delle antiche mura e la posizione sempre ventilata rendono la casa ideale sia nella stagione calda che in quella fredda.
Per godere a pieno delle ricchezze che il territorio circostante ha da offrire è strettamente necessario arrivare in automobile, anche se a pochi metri da noi iniziano i boschi del Chianti, ideali per splendide passeggiate.

Guests have access to the entire apartment with all its amenities and the private car park from which you can also access the house by a scenic walkway that connects the village to the ancient communal well.
The apartment is spacious and bright, can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of: a bedroom with double bed and single bed, with views over the village; living room with double sofa bed and a balcony with views over the countryside towards Sangimignano; kitchen with view of the manor house and a bathroom with cabin / shower.
The palace, as evidenced by an incision on the scale of access, dates from the 18th century and belongs to the same family for generations.
Our apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with independent heating and fully equipped with bed linen, towels and kitchen; microwave and electric oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, hairdryer, fan and kitchen furnishings and more.
In addition, the thickness of the old walls and the windy location always make the perfect home in warm weather than in cold.
To fully enjoy the riches that the surrounding area has to offer is strictly necessary to get in the car, even if just a few yards from us starting the woods of Chianti, ideal for walking.
